Youth

Saint Malachy Youth Ministry is where the young church comes together to seek the Truth in order to:

"to do justice and to love goodness, and to walk humbly with [our] God." Micah 6:8

Youth Ministry encompasses a variety of programs for both Middle School (6th-8th grade) and High School (9th-12th grade) students. We want our youth to encounter the Lord in the best ways they can, so we provide different opportunities for them to do so.

"You too, dear young people can be joyful witnesses of his love, courageous witnesses of his Gospel, carrying to this world a ray of his light."

- Pope Francis

On Sunday mornings during the school (May- April),Middle School students in grades 6th & 7th meet for Faith Formation sessions. During this time, the Middle School youth learn how to be "joyful witnesses of the Gospel," while building in community.

The sessions take place at St. Malachy School from 8:45am-9:45am allowing the youth to participate at Mass with their families in order to apply and reinforce the faith formation they are experiencing during their sessions.
